Consultations $15

Consultaions are manditory for all new guests requesting a service at The Kuhl.er Bar. Consultations are a great way to stayour journey to ensure your experience is nothing less then stellar. A consultation is a 15-20 minute conversation between you and your potential stylist. You will be discussing the majority of details regarding your appointment. We conduct our consultations on Zoom Video on Monday and Tuesdays Only.

Being Prepared for your consultaion:

  • Choose a space that has adequate lighting ( or window lighting) and strong wifi signal

  • Your hair and hairline should be visible

  • Be prepare to speak about your hair health & history (chemicals used in the past)

  • Have a list of products & medications  you are currently using 

  • Having Images of the style you are requesting is always helpful

Booking + Deposits 

All salon booking requests must be done through our booking website www.vagaro.com/kuhler.

It is incredibly important that your contact information is correct in your booking profile.

A deposit of $35 is required to confirm the spot you have requested. (For bookings over $100 we require a deposit of $100. )All deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred once if the client reschedules with adequate notice. Please refer to cancellation policy for more information.

Booking Journey 

  • Submit a Booking request 

  • The stylist of your choice will accept the booking which's will prompt a confirmation email 

  • Within 24 hrs a required Deposit to contact@kuhleronline.com By transfer. Without the deposit the appointment is subject to cancellation.

  • Once the deposit is received your booking is complete.

Cancellations +Late Arrivals

48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment a Confirmation email and Text message will be delivered to receive your confirmation. Failure to confirm will lea to the cancellation of your appointment.  Please ensure that your contact information in your profile is accurate and updated.

Cancellations with 48 hrs notice 

Deposit can be transferred once but the new appointment must be booked in the calendar within a month of the original appointment.

Cancellations within 48hrs 

Client forfeits deposits and will need to pay a new deposit to rebook.

Late Arrivals 

Guests who arrive 15 minutes of more past the appointment start time is subject to be rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist.

No Shows 

Client Forfeits deposit and is restricted from booking.

Covid 19 Policy 

Our salon is sanitized weekly and cleaned thoroughly every day and between clients. Our staff is masked and washes our hands frequently to stop the spread of Covid -19.

If you are showing symptoms or feeling ill please reschedule your appointment after your are feeling well. In the case a guest Arrives to the salon for an appointment while showing symptoms or visibly appearing ill, the salon staff has the right to refuse service in this situation as we have responsibility to keep our staff and other guests safe.

If you have traveled with 14 days or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for covid 19 we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Waiver & Liability 

All guests are sent a  liability waiver attached to the confirmation email.  All waivers must be signed and dated before being serviced.

We do not under any circumstances work from a previous salon or independent stylist.

All clients once services and cashed out have 5 days to bring up and address a concern they may have about their style and have it adjusted.  Any major changes style, cut, colour or texture will be treated as a new service.

Return Policy

Hair Care and Accessories 

All purchases are final sale. There are no Refunds or Exchanges. 

Pre Made Wig Units

All purchases are final sale. There are no Refunds or Exchanges. 

Custom Units 

All purchases are final sale. There are no Refunds or Exchanges. Clients have 30 days to raise a concern that can be adjusted at the discretion of the stylist. 

Service Prep

All service pricing is subject to increase based on hair thickness and length. Should a service take longer or use more product than what is allocated within the starting rate the rate may increase at the stylists discretion.

 

Colour Services

  • All new guests must book a consultations before booking a colour service 

  • All existing clients wanting to change their regular service must book a consultation.

  • Please arrive with dry detangled hair free of product.

  • Curly Hair : Dry ,detangled, stretched and product free

  • In the case we need to cleanse and detangle the guest hair an additional fee will be charged.

Wig, Extensions + Braid services 

  • All guests must comes washed, detangled and blow dried.  Please add limited product to the hair. Please refrain from using heavy oils or butters.

  • If you un able and would like to book a wash service you do offer that an additional fee.
